Entrance and Administration
R P Gate
R P Gate is the main entrance of NEPA.
The eight pillars of the RP Gate represent the eight states of the North East.
Administrative Building
The Administrative Building is the focal point of the Academy, where all the administrative matters are initiated.
Academy House
The Academy House is the official residence of the Director.
It is centrally located amid greenery.
Training Facilities
Indoor Training Block
The Academy has a state of the art training block equipped with a wide range of facilities.

Conference Hall
The Conference Hall of the Academy is in the Training Block.
It is fully furnished, with digital audio and video equipment, and hosts Academy events.
Computer Lab
The Computer Laboratory has a total of 40 window based and 15 iMacs systems.
It is used for Basic and In-Service courses and by local children.
DFL Lab
The Academy has a high end Digital Forensic Laboratory with the latest version of cyber forensics software.
It is used for training courses.
Forensic Science Laboratory
The Forensic Science Laboratory is equipped with the items needed for crime scene investigation, such as blood and drug detection kits.
About 50 trainees can do practicals at the same time.
Library
NEPA Library has a collection of over 32,700 volumes of books.
It also has periodicals, magazines, newspapers and précis, and serves trainees, faculty, staff and Academy children.
Raag Auditorium
The Auditorium of the Academy is the focal point of various socio-cultural activities.
It seats 500, has HD lighting and sound, and also screens films.

Driving Simulator
Driving classes are imparted to the Basic Course trainees.

Indoor Sports Complex
Gymnasium
The Academy has a state of the art gymnasium, well equipped with aerobic and strength training equipment for trainees and staff.
Swimming Pool
The Academy has a swimming pool, 20 metres long and 13 metres wide.
It is used for swimming classes in the Basic Course and the Disaster Management ToT.
Horse Riding
The horse riding section imparts basic horse riding training.
It builds confidence and stamina, and is also a form of recreation.
Health, Welfare and Accommodation
Hospital
The Academy has a 10 bedded hospital headed by a Chief Medical Officer.
It serves staff, families, trainees and nearby villages, and runs medical camps.
Community Hall
Shopping Complex
The shopping complex is centrally located and serves the daily needs of residents and trainees.
Messes
The Academy has various messes to cater to the Basic Course and In-Service Course trainees.
